REDUCTION SIN SUCTION.
The other day whilst making love I happened to glance in the wardrobe mirror.
To my utter horror there was a fat beer gutted freak wobbling and wheezing around on top of my wife .
I have come to a crossroads in life s great voyage, to my left lies decadence , rotundness and the "rape" of a loving wife, to my right, 30 kms a day on my cheap ass mountain bike , empowered by a raw food diet and colonic irrigation.
Hell, if i can live with being a fat, "raping", jelly bellied, slouch then i can deal with anything !
